Allemaal secondary dominant voor IV (= F-chord), maar die komt niet... Eventueel kunnen we deze 'verzwegen IV' opvatten als Napels in e minor. Het C7-chord is dan niet alleen (V7) --> in C major, maar ook (V7) --> bII in e minor. Op het Bblissend moment (in maat 57) wordt het chord echter enharmonisch verwisseld, en gebruikt als #IVdv6/5 (die vervolgens oplost naar V, zie maat 58).
