Strictly speaking, this is only really
true in the nowadays common equal temperament. In older tuning (such
as the Pythagorean or mean tone tunings, and in the tunings used in the
Baroque and Classicism) there is definitely a difference; hence the term
enharmonically (meaning: non-harmonic).
